By the end of the evening, Khalil knew he couldn’t let the moment pass.With a little encouragement from his family, he asked for her number before leaving the restaurant that night.Just two days later, what started as a simple dinner turned into our very first date. That date quickly led to many more, and soon enough, what began as a chance meeting grew into something much bigger than either of us expected.Over the past few years, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and countless memories together — from quiet nights in, to traveling, celebrating milestones, and supporting one another through every new adventure.Then, on a day meant to celebrate him, Khalil surprised Marline with a celebration of their love. On his birthday, surrounded by joy and excitement, he asked her the most important question of all — to spend forever together.
